Individuals and groups of artists wishing to show at the Museum should contact us with a proposal.  The Committee favors shows that involve at least three artists.  The exhibit schedule is in place approximately two years in advance.  Artists who work in the greater Washington DC area are especially encouraged, but the Art Committee welcomes inquiries from anywhere.

How to propose a show:  Proposals should be in brief, written form, no more than 2-3 pages, outlining the logic of the proposed show and accompanied by a CD of images for exhibit.  Artists are encouraged to visit the Museum, if possible, to examine the display areas.  Artists may also schedule a time to make their presentations in person at one of  the Art Committee’s monthly meetings, which occur at 1pm on the first Monday of each month.
