Welcome to all our new members. If you're not a member yet, you can sign up now right from this page.

Have you joined Sandy Spring Museum yet?
If you have, you know that Museum membership is an investment in the community,
with benefits for you and your family.  If you have not yet, we invite you to join us today.

Sandy Spring Museum members are crucial contributors to the future of this community,
through their support of its legacy, and their commitment to making that legacy work for today’s
Montgomery County.  We look forward to welcoming you on this exciting journey.

Sandy Spring Museum membership opens chances for lifelong education through our lectures
and programs, to researching family history in our library, to teaching your kids craft skills,
community service, and a historical legacy that stands the test of time.  Every member of the
family can also connect with new neighbors and friends through our events, our volunteer program, and our community outreach.  We are lucky to have a Museum here that tells our stories to the wider world – proud stories of commercial and farming innovation, leadership in anti-slavery and women’s suffrage work, the founding of the nation’s most rural hospital, and the contemporary challenge of juggling green space and economic development.
