All About Water Gardening

Sunday, February 11, 2018 at 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

A water garden can be an elaborate planting in and around a pond or something as simple as a watertight tabletop container.   Guest speaker Richard M. Koogle with Lilypons Water Gardens is a nationally recognized water garden expert with nearly 40 years experience.  He will share his creative knowledge and secrets of easy, fun, pond-keeping with fish, plants and clean clear water. His presentation is informative, practical, inspiring, and features colorful slides to inspire and show how easy and inexpensive water gardening can be.

This program is brought to you by the museum’s Garden Club whose members will demonstrate how to create a mini water garden.  A mini water garden can bring a spot of green to your home during the winter months or provide a refreshing aquatic feature outside during the summer.
