FocusMusic Presents: Arielle Silver
Sunday, August 7, 2022 at 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Enjoy an evening of outdoor live music with LA-based singer-songwriter Arielle Silver. Known for her rich vocals, skillful storytelling, and intricate melodies, Arielle’s music echoes her experiences and travels across the American heartland. This program is hosted in partnership with FocusMusic. Bring a blanket, a picnic dinner, and a few friends to savor Arielle’s summer folk medleys.
Raised on folk festival fields and synagogue pews across the East Coast, Arielle Silver is now based in Southern California. Arielle has been recognized in numerous songwriting contests and, after a decade-long break from performing music, her fourth album, A THOUSAND TINY TORCHES (2020), was listed as a New Discovery in American Songwriting and Top 10 Albums in Americana Highways in 2020.
Arielle currently serves as Secretary for Folk Alliance Region West (FAR-West) Board of Directors. Additionally, she teaches Creative Writing at Antioch University Los Angeles and the International Women’s Writing Guild. Outside of these roles, Arielle produces and hosts the podcast Tomes & Tunes, and co-owns Bhavana Flow Yoga, where she leads daily Zoom yoga and retreats with her sweetheart, the composer/songwriter Darby Orr.
