Outdoors – Sandy Spring Bluegrass Jam

Free for museum members, $5 for non-members. Registration is required.
Bring your instrument and join the bluegrass jam held on the fourth Sunday of each month. Whether you are new to jamming or a seasoned musician, you will enjoy the camaraderie that happens when musicians share familiar bluegrass songs. All ages and skill levels are welcome.
The SSBJ is hosted by these seasoned volunteer coordinators: Mary Burdette (Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival), John Hartge & Bruce Evans (The Fire Hazards), and Ben Kepler (multi-instrumentalist/singer and music teacher in Montgomery County Public Schools).
Sandy Spring Museum follows the COVID-19 guidelines for Montgomery County.
