Strawberry Festival Planning Meeting

We’re gearing up for our largest fundraiser of the year, the 36th Annual Strawberry Festival. This year’s event is happening on Saturday, June 3, 2017 and your involvement can help create an excellent event.  As always, members of the museum and the community are invited to be a part of this event and to come to a kick off meeting, Sunday, April 2 at 4pm.  Meet this year’s Event Coordinators, Andrea Mohr and Dee Hawkins, as well as other activity chairs, and help us make this year’s event a success.

What has now become a community tradition; the Strawberry Festival attracts thousands of people who come to enjoy the small town atmosphere, live music, fresh strawberries, plants, handmade crafts, children’s games, pony rides, petting zoo, and more!

Performers are being lined up for both the Main Stage and the Community Stage.  Crafters and sponsors from last year have reached out to the museum interested in returning this year!  We are again planning for the Beer Garden, bringing back the popular climbing wall, along with many other exciting, traditional and popular activities.
