August 6: Join painters from the Maryland Colorists, who will be on site demonstrating the Cape School of Art tradition of painting called “Mudhead portraits,” a style of portrait painting without any lines or features. Volunteer to serve as a model or come to watch!
August 4: Celebrate the Spirit of Sandy Spring, a exhibit of 40+ works in various media created by artists of the Olney Art Association. You’ll learn more about the Sandy Spring community as interpreted by our very talented neighbors and have the opportunity to meet the artists.
July 29: Take a mate, or bring a date. Join us for beer from Manor Hill Brewing and Waredaca Brewing Company, wine, Go Fish, La Strada Mobile Food and The Rolling Brick food trucks and live music by Walls and Vino in the Museum’s Courtyard.
