Craft Vendors are Invited
to Be Part of
the Strawberry Festival

Sandy Spring Museum is delighted to announce the return of the Strawberry Festival, scheduled for Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 10 am – 5 pm.

We appreciate your interest in participating as a craft vendor artists and look forward to reviewing your Strawberry Festival craft vendor application. Sandy Spring Museum is committed to supporting craftspeople and artists who represent our diverse community, and we welcome vendors who would like to demonstrate their craft. We highly encourage artists of international backgrounds to apply (Please note that the museum does not provide travel compensation, so this opportunity is best suited for artists living in the DMV area). All items must be for sale and must be handmade by the vendor.

All participants are expected to be in attendance for the entire day. Please be sure to review the Terms and Conditions for detailed information.

Registration Fees:

Outdoors booths: $125
Indoor booths: $150 (Electricity is available inside only.)

Registration fees will be due to the Museum upon notification of selection.

Vendors will handle all processing of sales.

Application and Notification

Vendor space is limited. We will be selecting artists based on our desire to provide the best experience for the vendors and the customers. Early application deadline for craft vendor is March 13, 2026, 11:59 p.m. EST. Vendors will be notified of participation selection by March 20, 2026. After March 13, applications will be accepted and notified of acceptance on a rolling basis as space allows, up until April 30, 2026. A non-refundable registration fee will be due to the Museum after acceptance.
